Sunrise – Bethune, CO

I came across this image while digging out images for the Old Trucks and Grain Elevators post from yesterday. For reasons that I cannot remember nor extrapolate from my Lightroom notes, I never even marked this shot for processing. The only guess I can make is that I didn’t like how the silhouette of the switch stand merges into the silhouette of the grain car on the siding. That does bug me a bit. Perhaps when I went through these the first time, it was enough to keep me from hitting the “p” button to mark this as a pick. While I’m still not a fan of it, I think the rest of the shot is strong enough to present as a photo in the blog.
